In A Few Words

Created in 2000, Acemis is a management and training consultancy firm specialized in transformation driven by customer experience.

We consider customer experience as core to economic performance and as such, is the primary driver for transformation.

We support end-to-end transformation, from design to implementation. Our recommendations come from a constantly renewed expertise across all industry sectors: financial services, services, telecommunications, utilities, real estate, transportation / tourism, distribution, public sector…

The butterfly means transformation: once pupation has taken place, the caterpillar becomes a butterfly. This is the role that we intend to play with our clients: support their transformation, help them grow and become autonomous.

The butterfly, major transformation symbol, is associated with the concept of ‘linkage’. By following customers’ journeys and making transformation happen within organizations, Acemis create links. We “untie”  to better reconnect customers with their brands.

Our logo translates the role we play between our clients and their customers: to ensure that customers experience meet their expectations and needs.
